Do the math
Every person will have different take aways from these benefits. I 100% suggest doing the math to decide if you should keep this card after year 1 (because yes, it is definitely worth getting year 1 if you are eligible)
My personal math:
Benefits I personally would use:
$300 travel credit
$500 Edit credits
$60 Lyft credit (assuming I use half)
$100 giftcards.com
Total: $960 in benefits I would actually use
TLDR, FINAL TAKE:
At $795 annual fee, I WOULD grab this card if eligible NOW FOR THE WELCOME OFFER.
It is very common to see the highest welcome offers when a card debuts. For that reason, if you are thinking about applying for this card, I would absolutely recommend doing it sooner than later.
Are you eligible for the welcome offer?
